Orders are currently being shipped every other weekend. By default orders will remain "open box" within each shipping window, and any claims during that time will be shipped in the same box.

If you would like to keep your box open longer than the two week window please send a direct message to @wildfoxcrystals on Instagram.

Shipping is done through USPS Flat Rate and starts at $10 for a small box and can go up to $21.50 for a large box.

Shipping is applied to your listings manually (not separately during checkout) and will be adjusted depending on what size box is needed for your claims. Please send a direct message @wildfoxcrystals on Instagram if you have questions about the shipping policy.

We take pride in being able to provide hand selected, ethically sourced crystals from all around the world! Each crystal is hand picked by Wild Fox to ensure you are getting the best quality at an affordable price.

Yes! We are excited to be able to offer payment plans on any orders over $200.

Payment plans will split your total invoice into 4 equal portions of 25% each, to be paid over a 4 week period. The first 25% of payment will serve as a non-refundable deposit, and will be due the day after claiming. The remaining 3 payments will be due over the following few weeks until 100% has been paid.

All 4 portions will be added to the website under a single listing to allow you to pay early if you wish to do so. Due dates for payments will be listed as options, and you may check out any time before midnight EST on those due dates.

Shipping will be equally distributed across each payment. Once the payments are complete, we will ship your order!
